We want you to love what you order, but we get it โ€“ sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how returns and refunds work at UAE Vapor Hub AE.

Can I Return My Order?

Short answer: Maybe โ€“ it depends on what you ordered.

Longer answer: You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they’re unopened and unused, with original packaging and receipt.

What You CAN’T Return:

For health and safety reasons (and honestly, common sense), we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquid bottles
  • Used or activated devices
  • Sale/clearance items (unless they’re faulty)
  • Anything without original packaging
  • Items you’ve damaged yourself

We wish we could be more flexible here, but regulations are regulations.

What About Defective Products?

That’s different! If something arrives broken or doesn’t work properly:

  1. Contact us ASAP โ€“ within 48 hours of delivery is best
  2. Send us photos of the problem
  3. Include your order number and tell us what’s wrong

We’ll replace it or refund you completely, including return shipping. Defective products are on us, always.

How to Return Something

Step 1: Email us at [email protected]ย with your order number and why you want to return it.

Step 2: We’ll review it (usually within a day or two) and either approve it or explain why we can’t.

Step 3: If approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Ship it back using a trackable courier โ€“ keep that tracking number!

Step 4: We’ll inspect it when it arrives (takes about 3-5 business days).

Step 5: You’ll get an email letting you know if your return is approved, and then we’ll process your refund.

Refunds โ€“ When and How?

Once we approve your return, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. We send the money back the same way you paid:

  • Bank transfer: 5-7 days usually
  • Credit/debit card: 7-10 days (sometimes banks are slow, sorry!)

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as we process it from our end.

Still Waiting for Your Refund?

If it’s been longer than expected:

  1. Check your account again (just in case!)
  2. Contact your bank โ€“ sometimes they take a while
  3. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll investigate

Exchanges

Need to swap something? We can exchange:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items (our mistake!)
  • Damaged deliveries

Just email us and we’ll send you the right product at no extra charge.

Note: If you just changed your mind about something, you’ll need to return it for a refund and place a new order. We don’t do direct exchanges for preference changes.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our fault (defective, wrong item, damaged): We pay
  • Your preference (changed your mind): You pay
  • Original shipping fees: Only refunded if the return is our fault

For customer returns, we might deduct return shipping from your refund โ€“ just so you know upfront.

Shipping Tips:

  • Always use tracked shipping when returning items
  • Consider insurance for expensive products
  • We’re not responsible if your return gets lost in the mail (hence the tracking!)
  • Save your receipt until everything’s sorted

Order Cancellations

Want to cancel? The sooner you tell us, the better:

  • Before we ship: Full refund, no problem
  • After we ship: You’ll need to return it following the normal process
