Where We Deliver
We currently ship to all seven Emirates across the United Arab Emirates:

We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes. Just make sure you give us the complete, accurate address when ordering โ it helps us get your package to you faster!
Delivery Timeframes
Here’s what to expect:
Dubai & Sharjah:ย Same day .
Abu Dhabi: 1-3 business days
Other Emirates: 2-4 business days
These are estimates based on normal conditions. During peak times (like sale events, Ramadan, or Eid), deliveries might take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated, though!
When Do We Process Orders?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM get processed the next business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We try to keep shipping costs fair and transparent:
- Orders over AED 300: FREE shipping across the UAE! ๐
- Orders under AED 300: Flat rate of AED 30-35 (depending on your location)
You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order โ no surprises.
Express Delivery
Need it faster? We offer express delivery options for select areas:
- Same-Day Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah only): AED 35 โ order before 12:00 PM
- Express Delivery (major cities): AED 30 โ 24-hour delivery

We work with reliable courier companies, including:

- Local courier partners for same-day delivery
All our delivery partners are experienced with handling vaping products safely and discreetly.
Tracking Your Order
Order Confirmation: You’ll get an email as soon as we receive your order.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with:
- Tracking number
- Courier company name
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
What Happens at Delivery?
Age Verification
Remember, vaping products are for adults only. Our couriers may ask for ID to verify you’re 18+. Please have your Emirates ID ready when accepting delivery.
Nobody Home?
If the courier can’t reach you:
- First attempt: They’ll try to call you or leave a note
- Rescheduling: You can usually reschedule delivery through the courier’s tracking system
- Multiple failed attempts: The package gets returned to us (and we’ll contact you to figure out what went wrong)
Pro tip: Add your phone number at checkout so couriers can reach you easily!
PO Box Deliveries
We can ship to PO Boxes, but delivery times might be slightly longer. Also, you’ll need to collect from your PO Box โ age verification rules still apply.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously:
- Discreet packaging: Plain boxes with no mention of vaping products on the outside
- Secure packaging: Products are bubble-wrapped and boxed properly to prevent damage
- Tamper-evident: All packages are sealed โ don’t accept damaged or opened packages!
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Don’t accept it โ refuse delivery if possible
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you
Lost Package
If tracking shows your package is lost or hasn’t moved in several days:
- Contact us at [email protected]ย with your order number
- We’ll investigate with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund
Wrong Address
If you realise you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us ASAP โ if we haven’t shipped yet, we can update it
- After shipping: It gets tricky. We’ll try to help, but you might need to contact the courier directly
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order!
Delivery During Special Periods
Ramadan & Eid
During Ramadan and Eid holidays, deliveries may take 1-2 extra days due to adjusted working hours and high demand. We’ll update our website with any specific holiday schedules.
National Holidays
UAE public holidays may affect processing and delivery times. We’ll notify you of any delays.
Sale Events
During major sales (like White Friday), we get a lot of orders! Expect possible delays of 1-2 extra days during these periods. We always work as fast as we can, though.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of:
- Incorrect address provided
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. You may need to cover reshipping costs if the issue was due to incorrect information provided.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. We’re working on expanding to other GCC countries โ stay tuned!
Order Changes After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address or cancel it. You’ll need to:
- Receive the package
- Follow our return policy if you need to return items
