Products & Pricing
We do our best to show accurate product photos and descriptions, but screens can display colours differently. We’ve all been there, right?
Prices are in AED and include VAT. Sometimes we need to adjust prices because suppliers change theirs or costs go up – we’ll always honour the price you saw when you placed your order, though.
Payment needs to clear before we ship your order. We use secure payment processing, so your information is safe.
Orders
Once you place an order, we’ll do everything we can to fulfil it. But occasionally something goes out of stock or there’s an issue – if that happens, we’ll contact you right away to offer alternatives or a full refund. We won’t just ghost you.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in unusual circumstances (like if pricing errors happen or fraud is suspected), but honestly, this rarely happens.
Delivery
We ship to addresses across the UAE. Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout – usually pretty quick!
Once the courier picks up your package, it’s technically their responsibility, but if something goes wrong in transit, get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.
Our Content & Your Behavior
Everything on our website – the text, images, logo, and design – belongs to us or our suppliers. Please don’t copy our stuff or use it for commercial purposes without asking first. We put work into this!
Also, please use our website responsibly. Don’t try to hack it, don’t upload viruses, don’t impersonate people. Basically, don’t be that person.

Vaping products are for adults who understand how to use them safely. Please:
